In collaboration with different categories of professionals, we assess children and youth to know their status and service they will be referred to. Any service delivery bases on need assessment. Ongoing assessments are conducted to see improvements and adapt service accordingly.
Also, surveys are conducted in the community, allowing AOU to make sure of the impact but also on which area special attention is required. Short term, midterm and long term monitoring and evaluation programs are other forms of research in addition to surveys and regular documentation. These enable us elaborating individualized plans, projects, programs and advocacy tools.
